Build a Career That Grows With You
At High Prairie Outdoors & Pools, we don’t offer jobs—we cultivate careers with purpose. We're a team of professionals united by craftsmanship, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in outdoor living. If you're looking for a workplace that invests in your potential and surrounds you with top-tier peers, you're in the right place.
We’re proud to share our mission, vision, and values—but what truly sets us apart is how we live them every day. That’s why we built Ascend: our signature empowerment system designed to elevate the careers of those ready to rise.

Ascend is our commitment to professional mastery. It’s more than a program—it’s a promise. A three-pillar system designed to foster continual growth, transparent pathways, and leadership at every level.
Pillar 1:
A structured, evolving training platform that takes team members from apprentice to expert. Whether you’re mastering fine gardening, project management, or lighting design, HPU offers hands-on learning, video training, and specialty tracks to help you grow into your best.
Pillar 2:
🤝 Coaching Program
Every team member is paired with experienced mentors and receives proactive coaching cycles three times a year. Our coaching system supports clear communication, personal growth, and ongoing performance feedback.
Pillar 3:
Our in-house leadership development cohort. Based on principles from Simon Sinek, John Maxwell, and many other thought-leaders, this bi-monthly course fuels the next generation of industry leaders. Real conversations. Real growth.
A Team Like No Other
We’ve built a culture of accountability, artistry, and alignment—and it shows. While the landscape industry is known for high turnover, our retention rates are among the best in the nation. Why? Because our team members aren’t just coworkers—they’re masters-of-their-craft, leaders, and innovators.
If you’re passionate about your trade, we will invest in your future. If you’re ready to grow, we’ll give you the roadmap.

- Thrive in high-performance environments
- Take ownership of their work and their growth
- Want to be part of something greater than a paycheck
We’re not the right fit for those who:
