Our process for crafting hardscapes is based on European construction principals, which research suggests are the strongest, longest-lasting stone, brick, and paver patios, driveways and pool decks in the world. Seriously, we went to Europe to learn how they hardscape and brought their multi-century methods home to the Kansas City area. We call our European hardscape procedure “The Legacy Method” because it is engineered to last decades longer than conventional hardscapes. The landscapes our clients enjoy are created to get better over time with our “Designer Soil” program where we lab test their soil and create a custom soil recipe for the pinnacle of landscape vitality for years to come. Your own Prairie Power Team is led by a focused account manager and a team of certified professionals, including degreed designers, licensed general contractors, certified pool builders, and Lean Six Sigma-trained project managers. With our in-house experts, you don't have to juggle multiple contractors. We perform 95 percent of the work on every project, and as general contractors, we can hire and oversee electricians and plumbers as needed.

With extensive warranties on plantings and hardscapes—including our 10-year hardscape warranty that extends to 25 years if High Prairie Outdoors performs your maintenance services—you know our work is meant to last. Several proprietary construction methods and products are based on the principles of longevity and beauty, and our industry-leading post-project support includes proactive site visits throughout your first year to monitor progress and provide feedback.
