Discovery Meeting
Held at our design studio, you’ll meet your designer, choose a design package, and discuss your style, preferences, and goals. Half of the design fee is collected at this time.
Site Analysis
On-site assessment based on the “Three Pillars of Memory-Making”: how you relax, play, and connect. Includes drainage, soil, architecture, and site opportunity analysis.
Concept Reveal Meeting
Review your detailed conceptual design and material options. Discuss possible project phasing based on budget.
Final Design + Proposal
Finalize materials and approve selections. Your Prairie Power Team sets a project plan and timeline. Weekly updates begin once planning and permitting is underway.
Crafting Your Space
Construction begins with in-house teams using a project web platform so you can track progress in real-time.
Final Walkthrough + Ongoing Maintenance
After your walkthrough and final payment, you’ll be introduced to their maintenance options, including “Lawncierge” visits to proactively monitor your landscape.
